Caroline Dinenage has been given the ministerial responsibility for childcare and early years. She was initially appointed as Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Women and Equalities at the DfE in the new Teresa May government in July 2016. Her ministerial portfolio has now been expanded to include childcare and early years as well.
Caroline Dinenage has been an MP since 2010 and has been previously been the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Women, Equalities and Family Justice at the Ministry of Justice.
