Julie Revels

Julie Revels has 28 years’ experience working within the early years sector in a range of roles as an early years teacher, an early years team leader, a manager of a pre-school home visiting service, an advisory teacher and Head of service for early years and child care.

She has vast experience in the field of learning difficulties and disabilities in the early years. She has devised and delivered training for Primary and Early Years SENCO’s both locally and nationally. She leads the Early Years Area SENCO development group on behalf of the Special Educational Needs Joint Initiative for Training (SENJIT) at The Institute of Education. This module has been successfully delivered in 5 Local Authorities with over 100 students achieving 20 credits towards a Foundation Degree.
